OUR HISTORY

K A R Dwas founded in 1984 under the name of Northwest Corporate Protection, Inc and was operated as a local company, based in Wheaton, Illinois, until 1991 when Daniel L. Kirby acquired it. Mr. Kirby incorporated under the name of Northwest Metro-Security, Inc. and years later, with Jeffrey H. James, created the parent company K A R DProtection Group, Inc. in order to provide a broader range of services to our Clients.
